Mentoring

I love nothing more than watching my clients reach heights they never thought they were capable of. Besides my programmes, I offer one-to-one mentoring, covering a broader range of self-development topics. This allows you to pinpoint a specific concern or struggle in your life, as well as seek general advice to apply to your life in a wider sense.

What I Am:

An empathetic life coach who will be honest, up front and no-nonsense. Whilst I have my own experiences that I have learned from, I will not rely on these as examples to mentor you – this is all about you and your journey. I’m simply here to show you that full self-actualisation and self-acceptance are possible for you to achieve.

What I’m not:

A therapist. I don’t do dependent working relationships. I am here to provide you with tools and guidance to help you think and act independently, whilst being accessible for regular check-ins.

How I work:

I combine a direct and non-direct approach with all clients. What this means is that I offer advice and guidance (direct) as well as opening up a space for self-reflection via activities, tools and probing questions (non-direct). Think of it as a bespoke, collaborative approach that will allow you to achieve results as quickly as you want to.

My areas of expertise include:

  • Self-esteem & confidence
  • Acceptance & inner happiness
  • Improving your inner voice
  • Managing insecurities
  • Comparison and social issues
  • Finding your purpose
  • Reaching your full potential
  • Manifesting your dream life
  • Career progression
  • Self-actualisation
  • Getting unstuck
  • Goal setting & habit building
  • Discipline & accountability
  • Self-sabotage
  • Eliminating fear & limiting beliefs
  • Toxicity & abuse
  • Breaking negative cycles
  • Handling rejection / heartbreak
  • Communication
  • Finding love & genuine relationships
  • Mindfulness
  • Stress / anxiety management
  • Meditation & breathing
  • Redirecting negativity
  • Present moment awareness

Having a mentor takes the guesswork out of self-development. Trust and vulnerability are the key components of a successful life-coaching relationship, so my main aim is to create a safe space for you to feel comfortable and at ease.
