60-minute virtual one-on-one session tailored to your personal needs, as discussed during the consultation.

Six 60-minute virtual one-on-one sessions tailored to your personal needs, as discussed during the consultation.

Twelve 60-minute virtual one-on-one sessions tailored to your personal needs, as discussed during the consultation.

45-minute virtual session for existing & previous clients that feel off-track and in need of a boost.

Maintenance sessions are only available for clients who have completed a minimum of twelve sessions.
