The Power of Visualisation (Activity)

I want you to be able to visualise and create the most rewarding life for yourselves, so I created the below template for you. This replicates the exact layout of my own vision board for the reasons we have covered (remember to use the above tips). This isn’t designed to take 10 minutes; it requires deep thought so please do this in your own time and don’t feel pressured to have it finished before the next step.

To do:

1. Identify your main life areas

2. Fill each square with a goal/dream that falls into those areas

3. Image – can be drawn/ designed or can be taken from a picture you like

4. Date – don’t think too hard about this, the random aspect is what makes it more profound

5. Description – add a short tagline to identify each goal/ dream

6. Emotion – choose a word to describe how you will feel when you achieve each one

7. Don’t get bogged down by the order – they don’t have to be chronological

8. This template can be used to make future boards further down the line
